CREATIVE CONTENT ASSISTANT
Joining us from Scotland, Innes brings a dynamic and creative spirit to the Reason II Rise Music team. As a creative content assistant volunteer, Innes assists with developing artist release assets, marketing materials, and video editing, lending his artistic eye and technical skills to our promotional efforts. The Reason II Rise team had the pleasure of meeting Innes in Edinburgh, Scotland during the Reason II Rise label club night, and he immediately left a positive impression as a respectful and courteous individual. When we later received his application to become a volunteer, we were pleasantly surprised and thrilled to bring him on board.
Innes holds a diploma in TV, radio, and journalism and has years of experience working as a TV editor, where he excels in creating graphics, conducting editorial reviews, and crafting engaging promotional content. His work on various drama series has given him a unique perspective on storytelling, which he now applies to the world of music.
Outside of his professional work, Innes is deeply passionate about trance music, finding solace and inspiration in its uplifting beats. He is an avid festival-goer and dreams of one day becoming a DJ and music producer himself. Innes’ love for the genre, combined with his dedication to his craft, makes him an invaluable member of the Reason II Rise team. Additionally, Innes volunteers with the police and enjoys creating short films in his native Gaelic language, showcasing his commitment to community and creativity.

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
From Sydney, Australia, Eugene Wang is stepping into the role of admin assistant volunteer, eager to dive deep into the behind-the-scenes operations of the record label industry. Eugene’s role is vital in the assistance of the smooth functioning of the team behind the scenes, assisting with artist contracts to social media strategy documents. His attention to detail and dedication to the team’s goals allow us to continue with our mission statement of helping artists grow

Eugene is no stranger to the world of music. As an up-and-coming producer under the alias Miharu, Eugene also brings a wealth of musical expertise. He’s also a talented DJ who has played at Sydney's renowned Home Nightclub, where he supported iconic acts like Kyau & Albert and Showtek. A classically trained pianist with over 20 years of experience.
Beyond music, Eugene has honed his business skills through managing his own cleaning business and a dog rescue, demonstrating his knack for multitasking, leadership, and maintaining positive working relationships. With his passion for trance, business acumen, and work ethic, Eugene is the perfect addition to our team, helping to ensure the seamless execution of our goals.
