By submitting a demo to Reason II Rise Music Group, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Track Specifications:

• All submitted demos must be mastered (WAV) tracks only. 

• Only extended mixes are accepted.

• Do not submit radio edits; these will be rejected. Radio edits will only be requested if your demo is approved.

• Submit one track at a time individually to comply with our database processes (Unless an album or EP)
   

2. Submission Format:

• Do not send download-only links. Your demo will be automatically rejected if the team must download the track to listen.

• Accepted formats include Dropbox, Google Drive, or Private SoundCloud URL links only.
   

3. Label Assignment:

• Reason II Rise Music Group will have the sole discretion to determine the appropriate label for your track release, whether on Reason II Rise, Reason II Rise: UPLIFT, or Reason II Rise: REALMS.

4. Live Broadcast Usage:

• By submitting a demo, you consent to Reason II Rise Music Group using your track during their live broadcast sessions, “Reason II Rise Listens LIVE,” which are public sessions used to determine the status of your submission. Your track will be marked as approved, rejected, or pending based on required tweaks or edits. Your artist name and track title will remain anonymous during these sessions.

 

5. Submission Acknowledgment:

• You acknowledge that Reason II Rise Music Group is under no obligation to guarantee a release upon submission of your demo. Decisions made during the A&R sessions are final.

 

6. Response Time:

• You agree to a waiting period of 7-14 days for a response regarding the status of your submission.

• During this waiting period you agree to withhold sending your demo to other labels until you receive a response within the 14 day period.

 

7. Demo Closures:

• I acknowledge that Reason II Rise: Uplift demo submissions are CLOSED and my track will be automatically ignored and rejected if submitted after 7th September 2024.
